About Us

We are a small office, only Attorney Caccavo (see Biography) and his administrative assistant, Tonya (secretary, Judy has retired). We offer friendly, personal service.

When you meet with Attorney Caccavo, you can take all the time you need to tell your story, without worrying about being on the clock, its not the way we charge for planning matters. Be prepared to talk about your family, your job, your interests and your concerns, not just your assets. We take a sincere interest in all of our clients and want to hear each person’s story.

When you call you will usually get a real person, who can send an appointment link to you and often can answer your questions about a matter.  And while return calls by Attorney Caccavo are not always immediate, they will be if it is an emergency.

We encourage clients to drop by with their questions or to make an appointment, and to take some candy from the candy jar on the counter. For those who have problems coming to us, we will gladly arrange for a house call or a meeting at a more convenient location.

Attorney Caccavo enjoys speaking to groups about Estate Planning and Elder Law issues. He speaks in both public forums and to private groups and professional groups on these topics.
