Judy and I are both fully vaccinated and ‘boostered’ now. I am we are seeing clients, but still limiting walk-ins, and general office access.  We ask when you come for your appointment that you go directly into the conference room, and fill out a contact tracing form. We still have the ‘sneeze guards’ dividing the conference table for everyone’s protection. If you are fully vaccinated, then masks are optional for our meetings.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak, and the declared emergency measures, our office is closed to walk-in clients and visitors. We are now able to meet with clients in person at this time, but on a limited, appointment only basis. We want to be sure all our clients stay safe.

Be assured we are working on your matters. We are still available for questions by phone or email. Since the office may not be staffed full-time, if you call you may have to leave a message and a get a callback at a later time. Email may be a better choice. While I prefer  in person meetings with clients, I am happy to schedule a telephone conference or a Zoom video conference if you prefer.

There are now procedures and rules in place allowing remote signing of documents. But they are cumbersome and difficult to implement. We still prefer in-person signings. We are able to do signings in the office, or in the parking lot for simple signings. I can also make house calls for signings, although advance arrangements must be made at assisted living and nursing home facilities.

As I mentioned, we are limiting the frequency of appointments and the number of people attending an appointment. We’re cleaning between conferences. We have a ‘sneeze guard’ plexiglass barrier down the middle of the conference table for everyone’s protection. We are masked and ask that you wear a mask during appointments. We are maintaining contact tracing records. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please stay safe.
